Shopping Terms and Conditions
All sizes and weights are approximate. Supplies of goods are subject to availability. Stock levels whilst monitored give no guarantee of availability of listed item.
If you find that you are unhappy with the quality or value of any item or if your goods are damaged in transit, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee to replace or refund your money.
We currently deliver goods to all UK addresses with a Royal Mail postcode. Please contact our Mail Order team regarding delivery to addresses outside of the UK. Some of our items are printed to order. It can take up to 14 days for the delivery of these items, especially at peak times, such as the run up to Christmas.
Please contact us if you would like to discuss any complaint regarding a WaggyDogz item. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
On receipt of the goods, if you wish to cancel the order for any reason, you need to do so within seven working days (the cancellation period starts the day after the day the goods are received). You may be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods but the original payment (including postage and packing) will otherwise be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation.
